Abstract

Stock price is a tool used to measure the level of effectiveness and performance of a company due to fluctuations over time. Stock price is one of the considerations of investors in investment decisions. Changes in stock prices can provide benefits or even cause significant losses for investors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return On Equity on stock prices partially and simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio (CR) and Return On Equity (ROE) variables have a significant effect on the stock price of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies. While the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable does not have a significant effect on the stock price of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies.
